1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SIF India (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

SIF India is an independent research, screening, and comparison platform for India's Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs). The Service provides information, data, and educational content to help you research SIFs. SIF India is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, does not manage money, and nothing on the Service is personalized investment advice. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

3. Accounts

Some features (currently, Fund Managers' Voice) require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Fund Managers' Voice and other gated content

Access to content marked "Exclusive" is currently available to any account holder. We may change what's required to access this content (including introducing paid plans) at any time; we'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, systematically copy, or republish the Service's content without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
Use the Service to distribute malware or interfere with its operation
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any AMC, fund manager, or other person

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, original written content, and branding are owned by SIF India. Fund, AMC, and market data displayed may originate from third-party sources or be illustrative sample data (see our Disclaimer) and remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data — including NAV, performance, and portfolio figures — may be delayed, sample/illustrative, or contain errors; always verify against official sources before acting on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIF India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
